All our products are authenticated with the Valyrian Designs Authentication number correlating to your product. We do this so you are confident you are getting an authentic Valyrian Designs product vs other knock offs.

Product is designed in California and fabricated in PRC or Mexico by local artisans.

Corten Steel is the most durable and outdoor resistant compared to our other finishes. Powder Coated and Stainless are durable but require delicate handling and must be set in a scratch free environment. Ask a Valyrian Designs team member regarding what works best for your outdoor needs.

Valyrian Designs does not offer refunds. Once a product is purchased, it is custom manufactured. You are assigned a Valyrian Designs team member that you can communicate with and get progress updates. We will send you a video showing our team QC / QA testing your product. This ensures your product is shipped with no cosmetic flaws. Plus, our robust packaging protects your product, so it arrives without damage in transit. When you receive your product, you have 7 days to inspect the item. Any claim of a product issue must be communicated in writing to Valyrian Designs. See our video that highlights our policy which you will agree to in our terms of delivery.

Once you place your order, a dedicated Valyrian Designs team member will be assigned to you, providing direct communication and progress updates. Before shipping, we conduct a thorough quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) inspection of your product, and you will receive a video showcasing our testing process. This ensures that your product is free from cosmetic flaws.

Additionally, our robust packaging is designed to protect your item during transit, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition. Upon delivery, you will have seven (7) days to inspect the product. Any concerns or claims regarding product issues must be submitted in writing or by email to Valyrian Designs within this period.

Valyrian Designs offers a seamless process to obtain industry codes that you can pass on or use to buy our products. These must first be discussed with your Valyrian Design team partner and subject to our trade discount policies.

Orders take between 35 - 60 days depending on what model your order as the product is hand-made and we make each product to the specific order. You are welcome to call or text our team of designers for a better understanding of the delivery time.

We have no warranty as prior to the product being shipped, it has gone through extensive testing and quality control. We do not provide water pumps and any issues with water should be directed to the parties contracted for installation should be contacted. Each Valyrian Design is art and arrives in working condition.

We do not have any relationship with any pump manufacturers or retailers. Your Valy up rian Designs team member can offer you several companies and models as suggestions. We take no liability regarding pumps.

You have 5 days to change your order, simply reach out to Valyrian Designs via email with your change information. Change that can be made are size and finishes, changing your product model must be done within 3 days. We offer no refunds on orders, each order is hand made, materials are ordered and our artisan's are busy seeing your art is made with the highest standards.

Valyrian Designs works with the trade, discounts are based on factors that the team welcome having discussions. Valyrian Designs collaborates with the design centric; our commitment is to bring outdoor lifestyle experiences to the next level. 

Upon delivery, you must open the crate and inspect your product immediately. If you do not report any transit-related blemishes within seven (7) days, Valyrian Designs cannot honor claims for shipping damage. Prior to shipment, you receive images and videos of your product during production and testing, confirming its quality and functionality. Additionally, your product is insured during transit. If we do not hear from you within the inspection period, it is assumed that your product arrived to your satisfaction.

To ensure a smooth process, our design team personally contacts each customer—whether an individual or company—reminding them to inspect their order. You will also receive text message reminders.

Once your product is received, a designer will authenticate it in our registry and assist with any questions related to installation. The best way to communicate with us is via text, and unlike many companies, we do not use chatbots—you will always speak directly with a designer, as we prioritize personalized customer care.
