We will send you a video showing our team QC / QA testing your product. This ensures your product is shipped with no cosmetic flaws. Plus, our robust packaging protects your product, so it arrives without damage in transit. When you receive your product, you have 7 days to inspect the item. We use 100 % Valyrian Corten Steel, and 304 Grade Stainless Steel. Our commitment to incorporate the best quality steel separates us from others. All our products are authenticated with the Valyrian Designs Authentication number correlating to your product. We do this so you are confident you are getting an authentic Valyrian Designs product vs other knock offs.
Product is designed in California and fabricated in PRC or Mexico by local artisans.
Corten Steel is the most durable and outdoor resistant compared to our other finishes. Powder Coated and Stainless are durable but require delicate handling and must be set in a scratch free environment. Ask a Valyrian Designs team member regarding what works best for your outdoor needs.
Valyrian Design products are bespoke manufactured to order. Each order has authentication and registered to person ordering. Our designs are classified as Art and we do not offer order cancellations or refunds once you pay for your order. We are happy to address any products that get delivered in faulty condition please see FAQ’s. Once you receive your product you have 5 business days to inspect the items for any imperfections, see Corten Steel imperfections standards. All orders you will assigned a designer that will white glove your order from start to installation. Our products do not include pumps nor do we take any responsibilities of any pumps that you use for our products. You adhere to Valyrian Design delivery window 35-60 business Monday - Friday. On checkout by placing the order you agree to these terms. All products are custom made and no cancellations or refunds.

Valyrian Designs offers a seamless process to obtain industry codes that you can pass on or use to buy our products. These must first be discussed with your Valyrian Design team partner and subject to our trade discount policies.
Orders take between 35 - 60 business Days (Monday -Friday) depending on what model your order as the product is hand-made and we make each product to the specific order. You are welcome to call or text our team of designers for a better understanding of the delivery time.
We have no warranty as prior to the product being shipped, it has gone through extensive testing and quality control. We do not provide water pumps and any issues with water should be directed to the parties contracted for installation should be contacted. Each Valyrian Design is art and arrives in working condition.
We do not have any relationship with any pump manufacturers or retailers. Your Valy up rian Designs team member can offer you several companies and models as suggestions. We take no liability regarding pumps.
You have 5 days to change your order, simply reach out to Valyrian Designs via email with your change information. Change that can be made are size and finishes, changing your product model must be done within 3 days. We offer no refunds on orders, each order is hand made, materials are ordered and our artisan's are busy seeing your art is made with the highest standards.

Upon delivery, you must open the crate and inspect your product immediately. If you do not report any transit-related non standard blemishes within seven (7) days, Valyrian Designs cannot honor claims for damage. To ensure a smooth process, our design team personally contacts each customer-whether an individual or company-reminding them to inspect their order. You will also receive text message reminders.Once your product is received, a designer will authenticate it in our registry and assist with any questions related to installation.
What sometimes happens during packaging, shipping, or unpacking is that, light oxidation residue essentially corten dust can transfer onto packaging materials and come off when unwrapped.This is normal and does not indicate damage or a defectivefinish. Over time, the corten steel surface stabilizes as the protective patina fully develops.Smudge marks, exposed steel, band marks that will blend inSince corten steel’s surface finish forms naturally, minor residue, smudges, and early-stage color changesare expected.These traits are not considered defects and standard blemishes.
